4. I have more than 1 child. Will they receive the exact same Letter from Santa?
No. Santa writes different letters for up to 6 children. During the check out process, you will be asked which child you are ordering for
(example: child 1, child 2, or child 3). Also remember each letter is personalized with the information you provide specifically for each child during the simple checkout process. 4b. This will be my child's first Christmas, do you have a special letter?
YES. We understand how important a baby's first Christmas can be! That's why we offer a special letter written just for newborns. Just place your order as normal thru our checkout process. For "child's age", please put your child's age in months. Once your order is placed, simply email us to let us know this will be your child's first Christmas.

Your order will ship out within 24 hours (orders placed before 3pm EST will go out the SAME DAY!). We ship via United States Postal Service. Please allow 2 to 4 days for your package(s) to arrive.
ALL packages are sent Priority USPS Mail after December 16th to ensure delivery by Christmas Eve,
which means they are guaranteed by the post office to be delivered within 2 to 4 days.
Please note: Multiple orders going to the same family
ARE ALWAYS sent out together. Whether or not they arrive on the same day is the sole responsibility of the United States Postal Service.
